Memo of Understanding Between NFHS & DAANJ

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be made the 1st day of May, 2010 between the NFHS and DAANJ which shall continue for 5 years, expiring on April 1, 2015. During the term of this MOU, the NFHS will pay one dollar ($1.00) to the DAANJ for every course that is offered and purchased in its state on www.nfhslearn.com excluding "Fundamentals of Coaching" and "First Aid for Coaches." Additionally, NFHS will pay two dollars ($2.00) to the DAANJ for every coach in its state borders that becomes a "Level 1 Accredited Interscholastic Coach" a "Level 2 Certified Interscholastic Coach," or a "Level 3 Master Interscholastic Coach." The DAANJ royalty will be based on its good faith efforts to market and promote the Programs. The sum of royalties earned will be paid by the NFHS to the DAANJ on a quarterly basis dervied from the number of courses and certifications sold in its state during that time period.
